El Centro de Accion Social Inc ("El Centro") - PRIVACY POLICY
El Centro is a non profit community development, youth and senior service, and educational organization. Our primary support comes from sponsors, donors, and grants that support our community work. We also are supported via premium sales of goods and services and use this money as a source of "donations" to carry on our community services mission. In addition we accept credit card/debit card donations and collect relavent information to complete the donation transaction including:
INFORMATION COLLECTED by EL CENTRO - "Information"
1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone
4. Credit Card Name and Number including - Card security code
5. Expiration Date
6. Card Name and or Type
7. Amount of Donation or Sale
8. Shipping and or Billing Information that pertains to a donation or service activity
9. Email address
10. User Name
11. User Password
12. Agreement of Privacy Policy
13. User Site Cookies
14. IP Address
15. GeoIP information to determine geographic location of access
The above information is stored in a secure location and access is only given to authorized persons with approved use actions of the above information limited to:
1. Dispute Resolution initiated by:
Bank, Client (Card Holder) or Legal Court Ordered Law Enforcement Request
2. Client request for verification of transaction
3. Client initiated information request to confirm transaction, amount, or legal use of their credit card.
4. Contact information used for only shipping order items, requested services or client initiated requests.
In addition only persons authorized by management with correct identification, background check, and passwords and ONLY with a valid CLIENT request can make access or inquiry to private information collected by El Centro during the conduction of on-line or in-person transaction donations or merchandise premium donations.
Information will never be transmitted, shared, or revealed to third parties unless client approval is given. In no cases will information be sold to third parties for external use.
Information like card information is encrypted and stored in secured servers to prevent unauthorized external access and internal disclosure.
